We are 'The Shallows' and we can be heard most weekends playing our beloved guitar based instrumentals. Our set list generally pays homage to the cool and quirky surf and instrumental guitar sounds that had so many feet tapping in the fifties & sixties. From iconic laid back tunes such as sleepwalk, perfidia, wedding cake island, to the more upbeat classics such as pipeline, wipeout and bombora, as well as selected vocal covers. 'The Shallows' are always well received for their groovy retro sound, good looks, smart wardrobe, and fun approach to their music. 'The Shallows' are the ideal act for festivals, events, functions, birthdays, parties, pubs, clubs cocktail/tiki bars, beach party/hawaian nights and markets.
